Punk/hardcore outfit Scatterbox recently held a benefit for a new food bank in Couer d’Alene. Unfortunately, the benefit turned a little… ugly.

While staying away from saying they “signed” the band, the folks behind Lock and Key Collective have announced they will be releasing a record from American Armada.
The label believes the record will be released sometime in 2008, though a firm release date has yet to be announced.

Composed of members from various bands including Lagwagon and Sugarcult, The Playing Favorites have posted two new tracks available for preview on their Myspace page.
