Monday Music Madness: 4ft Fingers

No Harm Done Posts Two New Tracks from Upcoming EP
Florida punk/hardcore trio No Harm Done have posted three new songs from their upcoming EP, being released via Anchorless Records.
The EP, entitled The Start of Something New is the followup to their 2006 debut Our Day of Days.
The seven song EP will contain the tracks available for preview on their Myspace page, as well as several others that promise to be awesome.
Check out the songs here and watch for their EP to drop on November 27th, 2007.

Recent Scatterbox Benefit Goes Berserk
Punk/hardcore outfit Scatterbox recently held a benefit for a new food bank in Couer d’Alene. Unfortunately, the benefit turned a little… ugly.
On November 9th, 2007 Scatterbox played through several songs of their set, but were abruptly cut off when the bar’s owner shut down the power due to fans breaking things and making a mess.
Once the power was cut, a bit of chaos ensued with Scatterboxe’s lead vocalist Tom White instigating an argument with the bar’s owner. Chaos ensued, and the police were called. The band was thisclose to getting arrested, but the cops decided not to press charges.

NOFX Post New Track on Myspace – and it’s Downloadable!
There’s been a lot of buzz surrounding NOFX and their upcoming live record They’ve Actually Gotten Worse Live. I’m super excited about it.
Check out their Myspace for their new track, entitled “Yer Wrong.” It’s available for download, so grab it while you can.
Watch for the album to drop November 20th, 2007. This will be the followup album to 1995’s I Heard They Suck Live.

Lock and Key Collective “Signs” American Armada… but Not Really
While staying away from saying they “signed” the band, the folks behind Lock and Key Collective have announced they will be releasing a record from American Armada.
The label believes the record will be released sometime in 2008, though a firm release date has yet to be announced.
You can check out American Armada on their Myspace page linked above, or pick up the upcoming sampler from A-F Records, where the band will be featured.

The Playing Favorites post Two Songs from Upcoming Album
Why haven’t I heard of The Playing Favorites before?
Composed of members from various bands including Lagwagon and Sugarcult, The Playing Favorites have posted two new tracks available for preview on their Myspace page.
