Sex Pistols Johnny Rotten Sued for Assault and Battery
Oh boy, do I have some news for you this morning!
Apparently, Johnny Rotten has been living up to his surname – at least, that’s what a former reality TV show producer claims.
As reported on EOnline, Sex Pistols member Johnny Rotten (real name John Lydon) is being sued by former producer Roxanne Davis for assault and battery. The plaintiff claims Lydon repeatedly insulted her with profanity-laced diatribes and less than chivalrous behavior.
The lawsuit arose when Lydon allegedly punched Davis in the face following an argument regarding his hotel accommodations.
In addition to the alleged assault and battery, Davis is also suing for other charges, including sexual harassment. The full story can be read via the link above.
