You can listen to a streaming version of “Hammerhead” via The Offspring’s Myspace AND you can also directly download the song FOR FREE. Yep, free […]

Virginia punk outfit This Black Box have recently posted songs from their demo on their Myspace page.
Check out “Life’s Waiting,” “Critical Failure,” and “Against The Odds” by clinking the link above. My favorite? Critical Failure, but don’t ask me to tell you why - I guess the song just resonates with me for some reason.
While […]

Since discovering The Vandon Arms, I can’t stop listening to them. Their music has an infectious kick you just can’t get out of your head; if you like Flogging Molly, you’ll love this Irish punk group.
Why I haven’t discovered them before now I don’t know, but according to their Punx.com profile, the four-piece has shared […]

Seriously, if you don’t want to have music stuck in your head all day, do NOT listen to the latest offering from Reggie And The Full Effect.
Actually, listen to it anyway - but you’ve been warned, it WILL get stuck in your head!
The latest track “J Train” will appear on Reggie And The Full Effect’s […]

As a self-described music junkie, I will admit to playing certain songs for long periods of time - over and over and over again (much to the chagrin of my roommate, I might add!)
With that in mind, the following two songs are definitely tunes you MUST put on your iPod. Right now. Seriously, do it. […]

If you ARE a fan of The Serlingtons, you […]

Me First and the Gimme Gimmes recently announced the title and release date for their upcoming album, the follow up to “Love Their Country.”
The album, entitled “Have Another Ball” will essentially feature songs that didn’t make it onto the Gimmes debut album “Have A Ball”, which dropped in 1997.
I don’t have much more information for […]

I’m not exactly sure how to classify Japan’s The One Thought Moment. Their music offers a variety of different… “flavors,” if you will - seriously, you’re going to want to check them out.
The band just released a new track entitled “Long Wave,” and it’s available for preview on their Myspace page.
In other news, the band […]

Well, I am back from vacation. It was hot, tiring, and in all honesty pretty lame - I’m so glad I’m back with ya’ll!
Anyway, I digress.
This week’s Monday Music Madness features Florida pop-punk group Troublemake (no, I didn’t make a typo.) They just recently posted a track from their forthcoming EP Two Thousand Hate.
Check out […]
