Rise Against have graciously started a studio blog to let fans know how far along in the recording process they are. Yes, that’s right – Rise Against are hard at work in the studio preparing for their next album.
The blog mentions that it’s way too early for any specific details as to the direction of the album, but Rise Against promises the same “energy and power of past releases.”

Throwing their blogging hat into the ring, prolific punk rockers Anti-Flag recently launched a blog, entitled “We Are The Bright Lights.” (The name coincides with their upcoming album of a similar name, “The Bright Lights of America.”)
Once there, check out the brief video introduction, and consider submitting something yourself. Members of Anti-Flag launched the blog on the 5th anniversary of the War in Iraq, and encourage others to submit an issue that matters to them.
Kudos to Anti-Flag for creating an outlet for awareness; I anticipate the blog to do quite well once it gets going.

Happy Saturday, folks!
While Pennywise’s upcoming album “Reason to Believe” won’t be released until March 25th, right now you can listen to the full stream of the album on their Myspace page.
If you can’t wait to get your hands on a physical copy of the album, you’ll need to wait until the 25th to get a tangible copy of the album, which will be released via Myspace Records in the United States.
