Song from Good Riddance

If you’re interested, Fat Wreck Chord’s just posted a track from Good Riddance’s forthcoming live album, due out March 18th.
The record is entitled “Remain In Memory,” and the song is entitled “Mother Superior.” Download the song here.
This will be the last album you can expect from the group, because Good Riddance played their last show on May 27th, 2007.

More Tour Dates for NOFX/No Use For A Name

Fat Wreck Chords has already booked NOFX and No Use For A Name on the label’s tour for February and March, but there’s some more good news if you’re interested in catching a show.
The label has actually added MORE tour dates to the package. For the first two months, the groups were touring with The Flatliners. When the tour resumes in May, NOFX and No Use For A Name will tour with American Steel.

After three cups of caffeinated tea, I’m still barely awake after pulling an all-nighter. Bear with me, folks!
In any case, Fat Wreck Chords has announced the recent release of their brand new Hanukkah-inspired compilation album, complete with never-before-heard music from some of your favorite bands.

Fat Wreck Chords Announces Second Installment of Vinyl Series

Awhile back, I wrote a post about Fat Wreck Chords special reissue project. The folks over at Fat decided to go through their back catalogue and reissue classic albums on spiffy, colored vinyl.
Yesterday, the first album to be reissued was Lagwagon’s Duh, released on purple vinyl and limited to 524 copies.
The second album that will be reissued is NOFX’s EP, The Longest Line. The regular black vinyl edition is still in print, but Fat Wreck plans to reissue the EP on white vinyl to a limited number of people. How limited? I’m not sure, but check for the special release …read more

Fat Wreck Chords has announced plans to reissue albums from their back catalogue on oh-so-spiffy colored vinyl. Pretty!
Of course, the folks at Fat refuse to mention a concrete time frame for this little project, so I guess we just need to stay tuned.
However, I do have some good news!
