The last few days have been great for Offspring news, and I’m happy to announce the latest developments. Apparently, The Offspring have launched a video contest for their new single “Hammerhead.”

The contest is simple. Interested participants must create a video using the “Hammerhead” song and upload it to YouTube. Be creative! Do not use any photos or video footage of The Offspring; all footage of your video must be self-shot.

The grand prize winner of the contest will be hand picked by the band and walk away with $10,000. The most viewed submission will win a cool $3,000, while the most favorited submission will net $2,000.
